Hi, I’m Heather, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m passionate about creating welcoming spaces where guests can relax, recharge, and feel completely at home. I believe that great hospitality comes from thoughtful details, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to every guest’s experience.

Beyond hosting, I also specialize in short-term rental property management across the United States. I work with property owners in any location, taking a proactive approach to management rather than a reactive one. That means anticipating needs, maintaining high standards, and ensuring properties are consistently prepared to deliver excellent guest experiences and strong performance for owners.

When I’m not working on properties, I enjoy crafting, volunteering at my local food pantry, and spending time with my dog and cat. These passions keep me grounded and remind me that creating comfort and care—whether at home or for guests—is what matters most.

Heather has been active in the Real Estate arena since 2004. Heather has managed corporate, short, and long term rentals as well as mentors new property managers. Heather has owned many properties of her own over the years. Additionally, she has flipped several properties and was an active Realtor for 10 years in Phoenix, Arizona. Her passion is Real Estate by providing the best customer service and being proactive not reactive. Communication is the key to her success.

Perhaps one of our best features, we are local and always close by the homes we manage. Whether its routine checks after guest stays, or placing supplies on site, we are a quick trip away. We are passionately focused on providing memorable stays in remarkable homes. It’s the mantra that drives us and our decisions. Located 20 miles north of Charlotte, Lake Norman is the perfect place for a quick trip or small getaway anytime of the year. Stroll down the historic main streets lined with a fun mix of boutique shops, galleries and restaurants or experience the beautiful scenery by boating and fishing or hiking and biking. As North Carolina’s largest man-made lake, there’s something for everyone to love with plenty to do for a relaxing escape or outdoor adventure.

The condo was clean, had a great view and had everything that we needed. This is one of the best locations in MB. Everything you’ll need is either within walking distance or just a short drive away. The owners were great and went above and beyond what we expected. The communication was great and they answered any question we had almost immediately. We definitely plan to stay here again.

A great condo - literally right on the beach. Grab a towel and your flip flops and head out to the sand. The condo was SUPER CLEAN and COMFY. The unit is exactly as described. The building was safe and secure. The indoor pool and hot tub were a nice perk as well. Plenty of room to spread out and have some personal space as well. The condo had everything we needed on hand, with eateries and the grocery store close by. Everything was seamless - just how a getaway should be!

Beautiful view, super clean, gorgeous decor!! Heather was super quick to respond to me when ever I had questions and went above and beyond when I asked for help with directions because streets were closed off and we had no idea which way we should go!!The list of restaurants was on point!! So very peaceful and quiet!!

If you love the beach and the ocean this is as good as it gets! The view from the room is spectacular! The best part is that you don't have to fight with a million people for a spot at the beach! If you want alone time with your loved ones in a Beautiful and relaxing beach - this is the spot! Definetely going back!!

The view and beach access are the reasons to go!!! You’re on the 10th floor, ocean front. Literally cannot complain! The area is a little separated from main strips, so there isn’t a lot to walk to, but there are restaurants just over a mile away. No toiletries, one trash bag, and 6 towels were provided for a 2 nights stay which was a little disappointing family of 5. We brought our own beach chairs/towels/umbrella, as they are not provided, which made being right on the beach amazing! I would recommend, just bring everything you think you could need for your stay. Otherwise this spot is amazing for that small family getaway!
